We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our staff members provide our clients the ultimate telephone experience and take care of the "behind the scenes" work as well. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, administration skills, empathy, and ability to ask the right questions. If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Scanning in client paperwork
Attaching paperwork to client files
Mailing and faxing client paperwork
Client Service. Be helpful and supportive.
Conduct client intakes and sign up new clients.
Follow up with clients.
Help build and update client files.
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent attitude
Deadline and detail-oriented
