The Role You Will Play
Manage the day-to-day operations of various accounting functions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, cost accounting, revenue, and asset accounting as well as associated analysis and reporting. Also oversee calculating, posting, and verification of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records. Will maintain the integrity of accounting records through staff compliance with organizational accounting policies and procedures.
Other responsibilities include: assist in coordinating audits with CPAs, overseeing monthly and year-end closings, assisting in preparing and analyzing the company’s financial reports, maintaining up to date and accurate credit files on all customers, analyzing department budget requests, supervising one employee, etc.
