    Our Brokerage is growing, and we are excited to announce this unique opportunity! We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in our company. The ideal candidate must be dedicated, devoted, and have a proven track record & a natural ability to lead and elevate agents through coaching and training. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for in-house training classes and mentoring agents as well as hiring and interviewing new agents. Salary + Commission Responsibilities: • Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Buyer & Seller Sales Agent Systems • Train And Educate Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agents Including The Implementation Of A Structured Class And Training Schedule • Monitor And Mentor Parrot Realty Sales Agents • Work Hand And Hand With The Leadership Team Including The Team Leader, Operations Director, And Marketing Director • Monitoring Lead Flow, Sourcing, And Conversion Rates • Recruit & Hire Experienced Real Estate Agents Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong ability to lead a team • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Problem analysis and problem-solving Compensation: $95,0000 + bonuses
