Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/Write Up Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly Reconciliations, including Bank Statements, A/R and A/P accounts
• Computing and filing Sales Tax Returns
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Execute Payroll functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Bookkeeping
• Client Communication Skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
