Qualifications of a Covey Caregiver:

No experience needed but you must be at least 18.

Covey Caregivers agree that it makes sense to measure the success of your day by the number of smiles you made happen.

A desire to help others live full, joyful, and meaningful lives.

Integrity - you do the RIGHT thing even when it’s the hard thing to do.

Must be imaginative! We want people who are not afraid to share new ideas, new perspectives and in general, new ways to do things.

An endless thirst for knowledge and personal growth!

As personal cares are part of the job, we need Caregivers who are comfortable helping with those tasks (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.).
