Job Overview: We are seeking dependable and compassionate Part-Time Residential Staff to join our behavioral health residential facility. This role supports residents in a structured, therapeutic environment and helps ensure safety, consistency, and quality care during the morning shift.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support residents in daily activities and routines

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Observe resident behavior and report concerns to clinical staff

Complete required documentation and shift reports

Assist with medication monitoring per facility policy

Communicate effectively during shift handoffs

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or human services preferred

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Strong communication and documentation skills

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Must pass background check and meet state requirements

Schedule:

Part-time

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekdays and/or weekends available
