Job Description
We're looking to hire a mid-level, part-time accountant for my client based in Alcoa, TN. The accountant will be required to work on-site for 5 days a month. The primary responsibilities will be uploading invoices to QuickBooks, reconciling bank balance, reconciling intercompany balance, and verifying the accuracy of financial statements produced by the software. Additionally, the accountant will also help with inventory random count and quarterly count. The workload is not much. Key Responsibilities: - Upload invoices to QuickBooks - Bank reconciliation - Intercompany reconciliation - Check the accuracy of financial statements generated by QuickBooks - Random inventory count and quarterly count Ideal Skills and Experience: - Entry-level to Mid-level accounting experience - Proficiency in using QuickBooks - Attention to detail for accuracy verification There are no specific industry experiences that are preferred, and no specific qualifications are required.
