Part-Time Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage invoicing, process payments, reconcile accounts, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and payments

• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records

• Follow up on outstanding invoices

• Assist with month-end reporting and financial documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance preferred

• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
