    Location: Downtown San Diego, CA (In-Person) Job Type: Part-Time (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM) Do you have a passion for organization, client service, and problem-solving? We’re looking for someone like you to support our growing team! We’re on a mission to create a first-class experience for our clients, and we need an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support our top-notch lending team. The ideal candidate will have office experience, as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant, display a commitment to the highest ethical standards, possess impeccable attention to detail, and exhibit a professional and friendly demeanor. A background in the mortgage industry is not required but it is certainly helpful! Responsibilities: • Complete daily front desk tasks, such as sorting mail, welcoming visitors, faxing paperwork, and other duties, like running errands outside the office, when necessary • Complete other supportive duties as needed by the team • Update the database and CRM with new client information regularly • Answer and make telephone calls to clients in our database, realtors, referrals, and past clients with our proven scripts to deliver high-quality customer service • Let the team know about incoming client requests so we can respond quickly and ensure the customer is satisfied • Handle basic HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and managing office policies • Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to industry regulations Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Adobe, is mandatory, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly • Functions well independently, has great multitasking skills, and possesses a drive to build systems so tasks are completed efficiently with minimal supervision • Handles client information discreetly with the highest levels of confidentiality • High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred Compensation: $21 hourly
