We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, 20 to 25 hours flexible schedule, to provide aid to our Director of Training. If you have expertise with Microsoft and Google Suite programs, especially Excel and Google Docs/Sheets, and good communication skills, please reach out to us! Responsibilities: • Tracking Meeting Attendance: Ensure accurate attendance records for all company-wide meetings, training sessions, and events • Agent One-on-Ones: Assist in coordinating and scheduling one-on-one meetings between agents and the Director of Training, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups • Creation of Zoom Meeting Invites: Prepare and send out Zoom meeting invitations for various training sessions and team events • Post-Meeting Follow-ups: Organize and disseminate relevant documents and information after meetings, ensuring all team members receive necessary updates • Coordinating Zillow Team Activities: Collaborate with our real estate agents on behalf of our Director of Training. • General Administrative Tasks: Assist in day-to-day administrative duties, including managing calendars, answering phones, and scheduling meetings Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively is essential • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets • Prior experience in real estate administration is a plus, but not required • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of professionalism, and solve problems Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
