Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Transaction & Operations The Short Version A top-producing real estate team serving Greenwich and the Fairfield County Gold Coast needs a detail-obsessed operator to run the systems behind the business. Every process is documented with training videos. This isn't a build-it-from-scratch role — it's a run-it-flawlessly role. If you take quiet pride in a clean checklist and nothing slipping through the cracks, keep reading. Logistics • Location: In-office in Trumbull, CT (06611). • Hours: Part-time, roughly 4–5 hours per day. • Pay: $27–$33/hour, depending on experience. • Experience: Real estate or transaction-coordination experience is a plus, not a requirement. Reliability and precision are non-negotiable. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Transaction Management: MLS input and listing setup, stage-by-stage checklists, document uploads and e-signatures, property webpages, invoicing and payment follow-up, and chasing down anything incomplete until it's done. • **Operations & Admin: **File/photo backups, restocking printed contracts, office supply ordering, updating the sales tracking sheet, keeping documents current, easy website updates (no coding), and bookkeeping. • Marketing Support (Follow the checklist, AI does the rest): YouTube uploads, blog posts from existing videos, and the weekly email blast. • In-Person: listing errands (keys, dropping off docs) and a video-recording setup checklist. Qualifications: • Who This Is For: You're precise, self-directed, and energized by getting things done and right. You read the process doc before you ask. When something's ambiguous, you form a plan and bring one sharp question — not five vague ones. You'd rather own a system and run it perfectly than reinvent it every week. • Who This Is Not For: This role rewards consistency over variety. If you need fresh challenges to stay motivated, prefer a lot of direction before acting, or find repetitive work draining, this isn't your seat — and you should know that up front. The core tasks repeat; the standard is doing them flawlessly every time. Compensation: $27 - $34 hourly
