    Our company is seeking an Operating Systems Coordinator to support executive management and office staff. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining moderate schedules and providing administrative support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a team player, and well organized.

    Operating Systems Coordinator

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Verifying accurate data entry into our vending operating systems

    Generate memos, spreadsheets, emails and reports as appropriate.

    Enter data into to our operating systems and generate reports

    Serve as the liaison between executive management, vendors/clients and customers.

    Support Operating Systems Manager overseeing our internal operating systems.

    Entering data into SEED / Cantaloupe / 365 Market operating systems

    Price change, par change, product change, inventory

    All data needs to be transmitted into SEED daily

    Check the warehouse for out-of-date products

    Conduct site visits with Route Drivers

    Work Experience Required:

    Five years' experience as an administrative assistant.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

    Must be proficient in learning / managing our internal systems SEED/Cantalope (training provided)

    Ability to communicate effectively, follow verbal and written instructions and multitask, organize and prioritize daily workload

    Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service skills

    Ability to lift, carry, push office products

    Must possess a valid TX driver's license

    Must be able to pass a background check

    Job Type: Part-time

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday

    8:00am - 1:00pm
