    DOMAINE Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. Location: Portland, Maine Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $25 per hour Responsibilities: • Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and client follow-ups • Prepare and organize listing paperwork and contracts (MLS, disclosures, etc.) • Schedule showings, inspections, and open houses • Input and update listing information on MLS and marketing platforms • Assist with social media and email marketing (basic content posting and updates) • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems Qualifications: • Prior administrative experience (real estate experience preferred but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable with technology • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently Compensation: $25 per hour
