    About Us Placental Analytics, LLC is a small, specialized consulting practice run by a Board-Certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist. This part of our work primarily involves organizing and managing legal and medical case materials in a quiet, home-based office setting. We're seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented assistant who enjoys staying organized and supporting meaningful work—perfect for someone who is retired or semi-retired and wants to stay active professionally. This job is part-time 3-4 hours a day Monday-Friday. This is a small office in a residential home. There is no upward growth.

    What You’ll Do You will work closely with the principal to keep both professional and personal matters running smoothly. Key tasks include:

    Managing a well-organized calendar and handling appointment scheduling

    Communicating with attorneys, vendors, and clients in a clear and courteous manner

    Organizing legal and medical case materials

    Assisting with invoicing and tracking payments

    Performing light office management, including ordering supplies and liaising with service providers

    Helping with occasional personal tasks, such as scheduling and bill paying

    Skills & Experience We're Looking For
