Loveland Academy of Music is seeking a fun and professional Part-Time Admin at ****our Loveland, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is 20 hours per week. Prospective candidates need to have general availability M-F from 2:30-8:30pm. **** **** We are looking for candidates who can start July 1st. ****

Primary responsibilities include:
• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
• Multi-tasking in a busy environment
• Opening/Closing cleaning duties while maintaining a tidy lobby and building

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. The job involves extended sitting and screen time. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be $21.50/hour. Health benefits options and a 401K with employer match are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble after 30 days of employment. ****
