Part-Time After School Nanny Needed in Temple, TX (Aug–Nov 2025)

A loving family in Temple, TX is seeking a caring, dependable after-school nanny to help care for their two children.

Location: Temple, TX Start Date: August 4, 2025 End Date: Beginning of November 2025

Schedule:

Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays: 2:30–6:30 PM

Some Wednesdays

12–16 hours per week

Compensation: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement for preschool pickup (6 miles away)

Family Details:

2 children: 8-year-old, 4-year-old

Two friendly dogs (medium-sized and small pug)

Job Duties Include:

Arrive by 2:30 PM to get in the carpool line for 4-year-old's preschool pickup

Supervise 8-year-old walking home from school across the street

Support 8-year-old (who has dyslexia and ADHD) with schoolwork when he gets home

Read a book with 4-year-old

Provide after-school snacks (prepared by mom) and feed both children

Help children settle into their after-school routine

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with neurodiverse children (especially ADHD and dyslexia) a plus

Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs

Safe, reliable transportation

Clean driving record

Must have vehicle insurance

CPR and First Aid Certified
