About the Role:

OPK South of Middleburg is looking for a warm, nurturing, and passionate Part Time Afternoon 1 Year Old Teacher to join our team in Middleburg, FL! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the critical early development stages of young children in a supportive and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for 1-year-old children during afternoon hours

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate updates to parents and guardians

Follow diapering, feeding, and nap routines

Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members

Requirements:

Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred

Knowledge of infant/toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices

Must be reliable, patient, and passionate about early childhood education

Completed 45 DCF Hours

Ability to meet Florida DCF background screening requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills with parents and team members

Willing to work from 2-4pm
