This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys supporting afternoon transitions and end-of-day routines
Can maintain structure while keeping things calm and joyful
Works well with a teaching team
Is dependable and punctual
You will help:
Supervise children during afternoon play and learning activities
Support classroom teachers with transitions and clean-up
Maintain safe ratios in accordance with Tennessee DHS regulations
Communicate positively with families at pick-up
Model calm, respectful behavior at all times
β Qualifications
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in child care or early childhood preferred
Must pass background check per TN DHS licensing
CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Education in Early Childhood is a plus but not required.
