Position Overview
Our Allstate agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Insurance Lead Development Coordinator to manage and nurture our current agency leads. This role focuses on organizing existing leads in our CRM, placing them into the correct workflows, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments for our licensed agents. Your job is to create opportunity and keep leads moving.
This is an excellent role for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys both conversation and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Organization
Organize and prioritize current agency leads within the CRM.
Add, clean, and update lead information to ensure accuracy.
Place leads into appropriate drip campaigns/workflows for ongoing nurturing.
Track lead activity, status changes, and next steps.
Lead Nurturing & Outreach
Contact warm leads to assess interest in quotes or insurance reviews.
Re-engage older leads to determine current needs or opportunities.
Provide a professional first impression and gather relevant info for agents.
Maintain consistent follow-up using agency scripts and guidelines.
Appointment Coordination
Schedule appointments, quote reviews, policy checkups, and call-backs for licensed agents.
Confirm customer availability and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
Track appointments and follow-through to support the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, admin support, or lead management preferred.
Strong communication and people skills — confident and friendly phone presence.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems.
Able to work independently and stay consistent with follow-up tasks.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Hourly pay with bonus opportunities for completed appointments or productivity goals.
Bonus opportunities for agency growht & retention goals achieved.
On-site or hybrid schedule possible depending on agency needs.
