We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support several residential properties in the Downtown area. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and eager to contribute to a well‑maintained, resident‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Report directly to Maintenance Manager

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties

Complete repairs including basic electrical and plumbing (101-level)

Troubleshoot home appliances; HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus

Assist with carpentry, masonry, and general building upkeep

Prepare apartments for move‑in

Maintain a clean, organized shop and workspace

Clear snow and maintain safe walkways during winter months

Must work well alone and with others.

Carry out additional projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience

Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license

Ability to use stairs, lift medium-weight items, and work safely on ladders

Ability to respond to on‑call needs when required

Positive, willing attitude with strong work ethic

Must be energetic and dependable
