We're seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Assistant to support the owner of the Dog Club. This would include maintaining a few different businesses as well. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Accounting support: Assisting with general ledger entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Bookkeeping: Helping maintain accurate financial records.
Errand running: Managing various errands as needed (e.g., bank deposits, supplies pick-up).
General administrative tasks to ensure smooth club operations.
