We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time role to provide in-home and community based therapy. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who values meaningful client interactions and is looking for a more flexible role while still contributing to clinical excellence and team development.

Has previously held a leadership or director-level position and is now seeking a role with more balance and autonomy
Enjoys mentoring others and being a steady, supportive presence for clients and team members

Prefers in-person work and building relationships with clients and families in the community
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support behavior therapy services within the assigned region
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice
Collaborate with leadership to support sustainable growth and service delivery
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with some leadership or supervisory background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Availability for part-time, in-person work
