Schedule: Varies based on position and your availability • 3-year-old: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM • 5-year-old & 11-year-old: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (occasional evenings until 9:00 PM) Ages: Positions available caring for children ranging from 1 month old and up Compensation: $18–$22 per hour The successful applicant will be responsible for the safety of the children, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, and keeping us updated on events throughout the day, and alerting us immediately if there are any problems. Responsibilities: • Provide reliable, attentive care tailored to each child’s needs and routine • Support age-appropriate play, learning, and daily structure • Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment • Assist with basic daily tasks related to the child(ren), such as meals, bottles, and rest time • Help maintain organization in shared and play spaces throughout the day • Complete light child-related tasks during downtime (e.g., tidying, dishes, laundry) • Maintain clear, respectful communication with families • Follow household guidelines and uphold strong hygiene practices Qualifications: Desired Qualifications: • 2+ to 5 years of experience • Caring for 1 child at a time • High school degree • Must be 18 years or older • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work • Previous infant care experience required • Reliability is essential • Strong communication skills and attentiveness • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references) • Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play • Non-Smoker Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
