    The family employs a full-time nanny during the week, but due to changes in their caregiving needs, they are looking for a trusted professional to step in as backup coverage. This position offers guaranteed monthly income regardless of hours worked, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping families and children without the demands of a full-time schedule.

    Position Overview:

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours as needed
    • Monthly Schedule: Provided in advance
    • Commitment: 20 guaranteed hours per month, with the possibility of additional hours
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Compensation: $28–$32/hour (equivalent to $500–$640 per month)

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide nurturing care when the primary nanny is unavailable
    • Support age-appropriate play and learning activities
    • Assist with light child-related tasks, including meal/snack prep and tidying
    • Maintain household routines and communicate with the full-time nanny and parents

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Background in education, early childhood development, nursing, or caregiving
    • Retired teachers or nurses are strongly encouraged to apply
