Overview: The Bakery Shift Lead supports daily operations by leading the team, maintaining product quality, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, efficient experience—especially during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during shifts

Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues as needed

Maintain cake quality, presentation, and store cleanliness

Manage order flow during peak hours

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Schedule Expectations:

Availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts

Weekend and holiday availability required

Qualifications:

Leadership or food service experience preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
