Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Call and connect with warm leads gathered through our community outreach efforts. • Schedule estate planning consultations with families who need our help. • Confidently make cold calls to homeowners in English when needed. • Engage in conversations that matter — helping families take the first step in protecting their loved ones. • Log quick notes in our CRM to keep everything organized and moving forward. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – able to easily switch between languages. • High energy, goal-oriented personality – you love challenges and hitting targets. • Strong phone presence – persuasive, enthusiastic, and confident. • Reliable, disciplined, and ready to show up every day with focus. • Available to call between 9 AM – 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday.
