    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide personalized in-home nursing care to patients in the Nogales/Rio Rico area
    • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
    • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Arizona
    • Experience: Home health or hospice experience preferred (not required)
    • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
    • Certifications: Current CPR certification & negative TB test (assistance available)
    • Clearance: Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance per regulations
    • Bilingual Preferred: Spanish-speaking skills highly valued in our community

    Education Requirements:

    • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher
