    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Billing Specialist and Administrative Assistant to support our financial operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, filing, updating company handbook, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Billing & Finance Duties:

    Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. Knowledge of logistics/trucking software a bonus.

    Follow up on outstanding invoices and answer customer billing inquiries.

    Maintain billing records and ensure financial data is properly recorded.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide general administrative assistance including answering phones, managing paperwork.

    Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.

    Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.

    Update employee handbook.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or bookkeeping roles.

    Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask.

    High attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
