BSC Signs is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accounting professional to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning AR/AP processes , staying organized, and working in a steady, part-time schedule—with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, payment tracking)
• Handle accounts payable (vendor invoices, payment processing)
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Desktop
• Perform consistent, professional follow-up on outstanding invoices
• Support job-based and progress billing (construction/project billing a plus)
• Assist with month-end reporting and internal coordination
• Manage vendor/customer onboarding and compliance documentation (W-9s, COIs, etc.)
• Track and maintain compliance requirements and assist with lien-related documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (required)
• Experience with project-based or construction billing preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communicator—especially when following up on payments
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Position Details:

• ~20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• On-site in Broomfield, CO
• $23–$28/hr , depending on experience
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
