Part-Time Bookkeeper
The Part-Time Bookkeeper is responsible for keeping accurate financial records, which include managing ledgers, processing invoices, and tracking expenses. You'll handle financial transactions and ensure that all entries are precise and timely. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. You'll work in an office environment, utilizing financial software to streamline processes and maintain the integrity of financial information. You will work two days a week from the office to update financial records and process direct deposit payments. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and accounts to uphold accuracy • Compile and share financial reports with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making • Supervise day-to-day financial dealings and keep records accurate • Discover process optimization opportunities and execute effective bookkeeping practices • Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies Qualifications: • At least five years' experience managing bookkeeping tasks • Proven detail-oriented and organized work ethic • Knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, is advantageous Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
