We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and well-stocked breakfast area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a hospitality environment and have a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items, beverages, and supplies are stocked and displayed attractively
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing information about the breakfast options available
• Assist guests with their food selections and accommodate any special requests or dietary restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, replenishing condiments, and cleaning spills or messes promptly
• Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service, restocking as needed to ensure a continuous supply of fresh food items
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to food handling guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
• Basic knowledge of food service principles and practices
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed on a 6 hours shift.
