Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities: • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
