Responsibilities: • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $16 hourly
