    Part-time Business Development Associate / Intake Agent

    Location: Weekends In-Office

    Compensation: $22/hour Base + Uncapped Commission

    About the Role:

    We're not looking for order takers. We're looking for sales assassins. Your role is to connect with warm leads, uncover their needs, and move them into action—fast. You'll be the first impression of our brand, and the reason they say "yes." This is a weekend part-time position. The hours are 7am to 1pm, Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday.

    You will:

    • Make 100+ dials/day to warm inbound and follow-up leads
    • Convert 4+ qualified sign-ups per day (minimum performance expectation)
    • Track performance and own your pipeline like a pro
    • Use scripts + adapt on the fly to objections and different personalities
    • Crush KPIs, then help us raise the bar
    • Thrive under accountability and pace

    We provide:

    You bring:

    • 2+ years inside sales or high-volume call center experience
    • Strong internal drive and commitment to your numbers
    • Ability to stay composed and confident under pressure
    • Comfortable being measured and coached
    • Willingness to work weekends (hours are 7am to 1pm - Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
