About the Role:

Join Caring Companions, LLC as a CNA or HHA and provide outstanding care to those who need assistance in their daily lives. We provide care for Seniors and Veteran's all throughout Connecticut. Job duties will include assistance with Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Meal Prep, Med Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Companionship, etc.

This Position Specifically: Friday and Saturday 9am-7pm Shelton, CT Male Client ADL's, Companionship, Light Housekeeping, Meal Prep. 1 Cat in the home.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut.

Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
