Onsite 15 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze company financial statements, revenue trends, cash flow reports, debt obligations.
• Analyze the corporate structure and operations to ensure accurate accounting of all income and expenses; identify anomalies or gaps.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent future financial controls.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, if required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting; CPA or CFF preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in forensic accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Experience with legal proceedings and providing expert testimony is a plus.
