Benefits:
Competitive salary

Training & development
Someone in your neighborhood needs help staying in their own home. We're looking for the right person to make that possible.
Assisting Hands Home Care is a small, locally owned agency. We're not a staffing company — we hire our caregivers directly as W-2 employees and match them with clients close to where they live. If you're in or near Acworth and have availability — days, evenings, or overnights — there's a real chance we have clients in your area who need someone exactly like you.
What the day looks like
In-home caregiving means spending time one-on-one with a client in their home. You'll help with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming — along with meal prep, light housekeeping, and just being a steady, dependable presence. The relationship builds over time. Most of our caregivers see the same clients every week, and that consistency matters — for the client and for you.
The schedule
We build schedules in blocks throughout the day and into the night. If your availability is mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, or overnights, there's a good chance we can match you with clients during those hours. We're looking for a consistent 15–20 hours per week.
What we need from you
Valid Georgia driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Clear background check
Caregiving experience preferred — but if you're new to it and the right fit, we'll train you
What you get
$15–$18/hr based on experience and certifications
W-2 employment — steady, direct hire position
Mileage reimbursement
Time-and-a-half on holidays
Bi-weekly pay
Referral bonuses
Paid training and professional development
24/7 support
We're a small operation. That means you'll know our names, we'll know yours, and when something comes up, you're not calling an 800 number. If that sounds like somewhere you'd want to work, we'd like to hear from you.
