What You'll Do
As a Cashier & Customer Service Associate, you'll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every transaction is accurate and efficient.
Customer Service
Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude.
Answer customer questions or connect them with the appropriate department.
Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct team member.
Promote our rewards program, current promotions, and seasonal specials.
Daily Operations
Operate our point-of-sale system for cash, credit, debit, and charge account transactions.
Process returns, exchanges, payments, and deliveries according to company policies.
Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized.
Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and other store projects as needed.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
Teamwork
Work alongside teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Stay productive throughout the day by helping wherever needed.
Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Dependable and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
Ability to accurately handle cash and transactions.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previous cashier or retail experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift and carry merchandise up to 40 pounds, with occasional assistance for heavier items.
Bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the store.
Work indoors and occasionally outdoors while assisting customers.
