    This is an exciting opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about helping residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and live life to the fullest.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

    Support residents with activities focused on daily living, strength, coordination, and independence

    Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team

    Monitor resident progress and report updates

    Encourage and motivate residents throughout their therapy journey

    Complete accurate and timely documentation

    Qualifications:

    Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

    Skilled Nursing or geriatric experience preferred

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Positive, patient-focused attitude

    Passion for improving resident quality of life
