    Part-Time Nanny Positions Available – Orlando Area Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience, be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. About the Role Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently seeking experienced, dependable nannies for several part-time positions throughout the Orlando area. Families are looking for caregivers who are warm, attentive, and engaging, with a genuine passion for working with children. Nannies will be responsible for providing attentive care, following established routines, encouraging age-appropriate learning and play, and maintaining open communication with parents. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Current Openings Winter Garden – 13-Month-Old • Start Date: ASAP • Schedule: Monday & Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Clermont – 3-Year-Old • Start Date: ASAP • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM Winter Springs – 2-Month-Old • Start Date: ASAP • Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM Compensation $18–$22 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and position. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, nurturing care tailored to infants and young children, supporting age-appropriate development • Foster early developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory activities, reading, and structured play • Follow and maintain individualized feeding and sleep routines based on each child’s cues • Prepare bottles, properly sanitize feeding supplies, and support transitions such as introducing solids when appropriate • Ensure children are kept upright after feedings as needed while monitoring their comfort and overall well-being • Encourage screen-free engagement through creative play, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities • Manage children’s laundry and maintain clean, organized play areas and nursery spaces • Assist with light child-related household tasks, including post-meal cleanup and occasional dishwasher unloading • Complete occasional errands to support family and child-related needs Qualifications: Ideal Candidate • Has practical experience caring for infants and young children • Is reliable, engaging, and takes initiative in planning age-appropriate activities • Comfortable working in a home environment where parents may occasionally be present • Attentive to children’s health, routines, and any noticeable changes in behavior or symptoms • Comfortable around dogs (occasional assistance letting the dog out may be needed, but no additional pet care required) • Seeking a long-term commitment with the family Agency Requirements: • 3 years of professional childcare experience • 3 or more excellent, verifiable references(these cannot be from family and or friends) • CPR and First Aid certified(or willing to obtain prior to start date) • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check • Non-Smoker Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
