    Part-Time Nanny Positions Available – Orlando Area Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience, be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. About the Role Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is currently seeking experienced, dependable nannies for several part-time positions throughout the Orlando area. Families are looking for caregivers who are warm, attentive, and engaging, with a genuine passion for working with children. Nannies will be responsible for providing attentive care, following established routines, encouraging age-appropriate learning and play, and maintaining open communication with parents. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Current Openings Winter Garden – 11-Month-Old Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM Winter Park – 2-Year-Old Start Date: September/October Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM Winter Springs – 2-Month-Old Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM Compensation $19–$22 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and position. Responsibilities: • • Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. • Follow established routines and schedules to maintain consistency and structure for the children. • Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities and play to foster their development and creativity. • Communicate openly and effectively with parents to ensure alignment on childcare practices and expectations. • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, catering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. • Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying play areas and children's laundry. • Adapt to the unique needs and personalities of each child, offering personalized care and attention as needed. Qualifications: Experience in providing professional childcare for at least three years, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for children. Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity. Proven track record of maintaining open and effective communication with parents to align on childcare practices. Capability to follow established routines and schedules, providing consistency and structure for children. Skill in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences. Competence in performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying play areas and managing children's laundry. Adaptability to meet the unique needs and personalities of each child, offering personalized care and attention as needed. Agency Requirements: 3 years of professional childcare experience. 3 or more excellent, verifiable references(these cannot be from family and/or friends). CPR and First Aid certified(or willing to obtain prior to start date). Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Non-Smoker. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
