About the Role:

Soccer Shots - East Texas is looking for an energetic and passionate Part Time Children's Soccer Coach to join our team in Texarkana, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in young players' lives by combining a love of soccer with a passion for working with kids. Responsibilities:

Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children in a safe and encouraging environment

Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and basic game concepts

Engage and motivate children through positive reinforcement and interactive drills

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates

Set up and break down equipment before and after each practice or game session

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout each session

Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting preferred

Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and youth athletic development

Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with kids

Reliable transportation to travel to various program locations in the Texarkana, TX area

Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Must pass a background check prior to employment
