Foreside Real Estate Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our property management team. This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to become a permanent member of our growing company based on performance and business needs. As a Cleaner, you’ll help ensure our residential and commercial properties are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, tenants, and guests. You’ll be responsible for routine cleaning tasks and maintaining common areas to our high standards. Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces • Apartment turnovers as needed • Remove trash and recycling from designated areas • Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager Qualifications: • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and reliability • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
