    Job Summary

    We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and inspect cleaning operations across multiple restaurant locations in the DMV area. You will be responsible for performing on-site inspections, guiding and training cleaning teams, and providing written recommendations for improvement. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to lead, coach, and ensure high standards of cleanliness in restaurant environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Visit assigned restaurant locations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia to conduct scheduled and surprise cleaning quality inspections

    Evaluate cleanliness of kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas based on company and health standards

    Provide hands-on coaching and retraining to cleaning staff as needed

    Ensure all cleaning is completed according to safety, sanitation, and operational protocols

    Identify deficiencies and document them in inspection and recommendation reports

    Report findings to management and work with team leads on improvement plans

    Support onboarding and ongoing training for new cleaning team members

    Ensure crews have the right cleaning supplies and follow correct procedures

    Step in to assist with cleaning work in emergencies or when short-staffed

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    2+ years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or janitorial industry, preferably in restaurant settings

    Strong knowledge of restaurant cleaning procedures, including deep cleaning, kitchen sanitation, and FOH/BOH standards

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

    Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    Ability to travel to multiple sites in the DMV region (must have a valid driver’s license)

    Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods

    Comfortable writing clear reports and communicating with management

    Schedule

    Part-Time

    3am to 7am

    Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
