    We’re currently looking for a part-time Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, both in person and online, and who’s excited to help a local business expand its reach. If you're self-motivated, organized, and can bring a positive attitude even when things get a little hectic, we’d love to hear from you.

    Position Summary: In this role, your day-to-day will include answering client calls, coordinating with vendors, attending in-person networking events, managing our social media presence, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. It’s a part-time position that’s perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, loves meeting new people, and knows how to turn connections into referrals. This is a highly client-facing role with a strong focus on phone outreach, weekly networking, and consistent follow-up with leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Follow up on leads through phone calls to schedule appointments and close sales

    Manage and create content for social media platforms to engage our audience and attract new customers

    Network with local businesses and community groups to build relationships and referral opportunities

    Track and report on sales follow-up activity and marketing campaign results

    Qualifications:

    Experience or interest in sales, customer outreach, and marketing

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable making phone calls and meeting people in person

    Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc.) and basic content creation

    Basic understanding of SEO principles or willingness to learn

    Self-starter with good time management skills and a proactive attitude

    Local knowledge and connections a plus

    Schedule:

    Part-time, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, flexible to full time hours as needed

    Flexible schedule, with some availability needed during business hours for calls and in-person meetings.
