Part Time Supervisor for Private Practice Therapy Office (PhD or PsyD)
Job description

Responsibilities include:
· Clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI) to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
· Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced- based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
· Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
· Handling escalated clinical issues and client complaints and staffing with Clinic Director
· Coordinating with other CD/ACD to ensure integrated service delivery
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
· Active clinical licensure in the State of Florida·
· Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
· Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
· Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
