We are currently seeking a part-time Clinician (Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work in-person and via telehealth, with a focus on weekend availability.
Position Summary:
The Part-Time Clinician will deliver individual and/or family therapy to a diverse client base, addressing a broad range of behavioral, emotional, and social issues. Ideal candidates will demonstrate cultural competency, clinical acumen, and a dedication to holistic and ethical care. Telehealth sessions will be integrated based on client needs and clinician preference, within compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial intakes and biopsychosocial assessments
Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Provide ongoing therapy through in-person and/or telehealth modalities
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
Participate in supervision, clinical case consultation, and periodic team meetings
Collaborate with Dr. Chase and treatment team to ensure continuity of care
Comply with licensure ethics and best practices in telehealth delivery
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical discipline
Active and unrestricted licensure in the State of New Jersey as one of the following:
LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LAMFT/LMFT (Licensed/Associate Marriage Family Therapist)
Experience in a mental health clinical setting preferred
Familiarity with electronic health records and remote therapy platforms
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and cultural competence skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) a plus
Prior experience in telehealth therapy strongly preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with licensure level and experience.
