We are seeking a motivated and results-driven remote cold caller to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and generating qualified leads for our production team. Responsibilities: • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients • Follow call scripts and adapt communication style to engage prospects • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company criteria • Record call notes, update CRM with lead status, and track follow-ups • Schedule appointments or transfer hot leads to the sales team • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets Qualifications: • Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools are a plus Compensation: $18,000 - $26,000 yearly
