Part-Time Commercial Lines CSR - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 30.00/hour - Barrington, IL

• Our client, a growing independent insurance agency specializing in Agribusiness and Equine Insurance, is actively seeking a Part-Time Commercial Lines CSR to join their team. In this role, the Part-Time Commercial Lines CSR will provide critical back-office support to the agency owner, assisting with the daily servicing of commercial accounts. This is a part-time position, 25 - 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Support agency operations by servicing agricultural and equestrian insurance accounts.
  
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and send out late payment notices/reminders.
  
• Review and update policies, prepare renewals, and manage policy distribution.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  
• 1+ year of insurance industry experience.
  
• Familiarity with insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) preferred – training provided.
  
• Experience working with multiple carriers is a plus.
  
• Must be available to work onsite from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 30.00/hour
  
• Paid Time Off.
  
• In-office position with a consistent part-time schedule (25 - 30 hours per week).
