Role Overview: Do you dream in balance sheets and wake up with a smile because it’s month-end close? Key Responsibilities:
· Own all accounting operations, including AR, AP, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
· Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements; oversee month-end and year-end close.
· Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and consistency.
· Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements; coordinate with external CPAs as needed.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide financial insight to leadership.
· Oversee accounting systems and workflows; drive process improvements and efficiency.
· Serve as the primary accounting partner to leadership and internal teams; oversee internal or outsourced accounting support as applicable.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range for part time: $45,000 - $65,000
Profit share options.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of accounting and finance experience.
Proven experience as a controller or similar role.
Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Experience with cloud-based accounting software and databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise.
